Inhumanity Continues

I know I actually have yet to post some good food and tales from my metal gigs, but I will! I'm trying to find a minute to upload those scrumptious pictures, but I promise they will be available soon!

For now, I have something important to share with you that desperately needs your attention.

VKO shared with us, in her blog, a true story about a starving dog that was picked up off the street and used in an art expo. The artist tried to validate this by saying, 'The dog's going to die anyway.' It's so sickening. There are pictures of people hanging out and sipping on drinks as the poor dog is chained up to a wall, starving and very sick.

Please sign this petition, even if you're not vegan or vegetarian. Would you want to see a dog being used and abused for 'art'?

I signed this petition in a heartbeat, after reading about it on vko's blog - words simply cannot describe how revolting this is, and how satanic that artist is!!! I began to cry after viewing the photographs of that poor dog; and honestly, it gave me nightmares last night. I do hope that that dog has SOME chance at surviving, and that those responsible for this outrageous "work of art" are severely punished.

I know, it made me cry too. Those pictures were heart breaking. I don't understand how people can be so cruel. Then again, humans have the propensity to be cruel to one another, so it's no surprise.

I'm sure that 'artist' will get what he deserves. When you put negative energy out into the universe, it always comes back to ya!

That's really sick! I'm all for every type of art out there, but this isn't art. It's just putrid excuse for a human being. I would kick this guy's ass if I went to that "exhibit". And anyone who went to see it and didn't get upset about it is just as disgusting.

I heard about this case, and it's beyond disturbing. Thanks to you and VKO for bringing it to my attention!

By the way, thanks for your comments on my blog- I'm glad to discover yours! I hope we can get to meet at VegFest tomorrow!

Hi, thanks for visiting my blog. I signed the petition after reading VKO's post. It's just shocking and I don't see how anyone can consider it art.

Signed last week and forwarded. Disgusting, inhumane, and utterly heartless. Oh--and not art. Just a big fat PR stunt.
